- Major Ingredients: Fish Ham (E008L)
- Minor Ingredients: celery 20g, shredded ginger 10g, chili pepper 1pc
- Seasonings Sesame oil 1/5 T., a little oil

Steps
- Steps
- 1. Discard celery leaves. Rinse steams. Hit with a blade
and cut into sections. Shred chili pepper and blanch in hot oil with shredded ginger together. (Pic 1)
- 2. Steam sliced fish ham for ten minutes and remove to a plate.
- 3. Put step 1 over step 2. Heat seasonings and drizzle in to fish. you can put a little vinegar on the top, too.(Pic 2)
