EMPLOYEE PICKS!

Wanna try something different aside from the usual deli sandwiches and tasteless pasta?

C007S Veggie Chicken Legs
Cooking Methods:
1. Dip in Flour and Deep Fry
2. Steam, use as finger food
Comments: This is the next best thing when you stop eating chicken. Not only do I deep fry it for the crispy taste, I add barbeque sauce to make it seem like buffalo wings. My guests cannot even tell the difference. -LiLy

C019 Veggie Tuna
Cooking Methods:
1. Defrost, serve as cold dish
2. Mix with Macaroni
3. Enjoy with sandwich or salad
Comments: I was never a big fan of mock seafood. It was always either chewy or tasteless. But one of my customers introduced the veggie tuna to me! She told me that it was one of the best seafood products she ever tasted, and I definitely agree. I cook spaghetti or macaroni, add a mayonnaise and celery, and mix everything. The perfect creation! -Mike

G004 Veggie Smoked Whole Chicken
Cooking Methods:
1. Stream and slice
2. Slice, dip in flour, and deep fry
Comments: Even if the name does not sound interesting, the product is! The whole product is in a chicken form, with the head and the body, but it is completely MEATLESS! I had to try it, and now it’s one of my favorite items to cook during a holiday dinners. I would steam it first then let it cook off. After a few minutes, I toss it right into the oven to toast it. When it’s done, I bring it out and surround it with vegetables and wa – la… VEGGIE PEKING DUCK! -Anne
